About Us

Whats on?

Learning about Jesus isn't just about a sermon on Sunday morning.
At Stonelaw we offer an ever-changing menu of opportunities for people to explore, question, and share their Christian faith together.
We believe that we are meant to explore Jesus together , not on our own.

Why not come along to one of the groups below or contact us if you want to know more about any of our groups.

What we believe

We are a parish church (Church of Scotland) and so we are committed to our whole community in witness and service.
We believe that, through the Bible, God teaches us what to believe about him and how to live for him.
In our church life and in our personal lives we submit to the authority of the Bible. In our church gatherings we place an emphasis on teaching from the Bible. In our church family we encourage personal and group Bible study.

We look forward to welcoming you.

Listen Online

Every Sunday we record our morning services and post them on our Soundcloud account.
Sermons can be streamed online via Soundcloud or downloaded as MP3 files.

Don't forget you can also download the Soundcloud app for your mobile device too.

ABOUT

House Groups

House Groups at Stonelaw Parish Church

At the moment we have four groups who meet together across the local area.
Each group is of various sizes and meets on the first Thursday of the month at 7.30pm.

While each group will be slightly different, we all follow the same study material.
We normally conclude with a time of prayer - for each other, our church and anything else which we feel led to.
New members are always welcome and are encouraged to participate as little or as much as they feel comfortable with.

Groups meet at various different members' houses - Contact us on: info@stonelawchurch.org for more information.

Current Study Material

Bible Society provides small group sessions titled 'Lyfe', these resources help people discover a deeper life with God.
The 'Lyfe' material we use helps people to grow holistically and to experience a transforming relationship with God through Scripture and spiritual practices that have inspired and sustained Christians throughout the centuries.
